Why Build Your Own Carnival Games?

Here are 6 reasons to build your own carnival games.

Save Money

Building your own games is always cheaper than buying them, and usually you’d be better off making your games if you were to rent them two or three times. How to build carnival games

Save Time

If you own your own games you no longer have to pick them up from the rental company and return them (or pay for delivery).

Reusable

Since the games are built to be durable, you can use the games over and over for years to come.  I have some games that I built over 20 years ago, that are still in great shape.

Themes

The games you build can be themed with our school or church colors, or you can follow a particular theme, such as dinosaurs or a Halloween theme.

Availability

You’ll never have to worry about the party rental company being out of the games you’re looking for, especially around the end of October, when there’s many events being held.

Relatively Easy

Most games are relatively easy to make, as long as you posses basic woodworking skills and have decent plans. Normally, all youhow to make carnival games need to know is how to measure, cut, and put together the games.

There are many people who have thought about building their own carnival games, but never followed through with their intentions. They simply didn’t know how to get started.

Most individuals who need carnival games are under a deadline. They typically have been assigned the task by a carnival committee (or spouse), to build some games for their event.

The games must be:
• Fun
• Simple enough for young children to understand
• Challenging for older kids
• Be a good mix, including games of skill and games of chance
• Durable, and be able to stand the rigors of repetitive use
• Visually attractive

Building you own games is one of those things that is “easier said than done”. Some games appear to be simple, but yet may be difficult to make. Having the right plans will save time and money.

Picking the right combination of games with differing degrees of difficulty will ensure you have a successful carnival.

Hey Jack, Thanks so much.

My 7 year old daughter just climbed on my lap and we watched some of your videos together.

There are some games I know I could do in time for my son's birthday.

Love it!
